We want you to love your Cuyana pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and monogram-free items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided.

• 3.
  Pack Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the dust bag is included.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location. Your refund will be processed once the return is inspected.
